City street times.

Okay, This is possibly my second post to on this blog. I know I am been pretty lazy enough to post on this blog and rather not posting that frequently, hence I would take a oath now on posting with, at least hopping I should. - My new year resolution or so. 

So here is my post, 

Recently I had been on this heritage walk in Ahmedabad, not sure about what sort of heritage i would get to see. So I woke up early ( on a sunday morning ) as the walk was scheduled at 8.00 sharp in the morning, and literally dragged my friend out of his bed for the walk. So here are a few shots which I captured while I was there. 

And this is a pic of me with my friend whom I kicked him out of his bed, just that I can fulfill my trip to the city. All thanks to him !!

Ode to my Bygone Durga Pooja Days

All this time I have been wondering how grateful I am to be born as an Indian and I get to enjoy so much of diverse culture in India. This is a warm hearty ode to my Cuttack days, where we find 'Durga Maa' very beautifully decked up for the celebrations. The Durga Goddess is beautifully decorated with jewellary and glamorified with flowers. I miss those days, and after my two days visit here in Ahemdabad to place where they celebrate 'Durga Pooja', I just have one to question/ statement to state upon, ~ Is there is a women more beautiful than Maa Durga? She seems to be one of the epitome of grace and beauty for me.
